Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let this be the best day of your life! Decide to have fun today!

Breathe in and open up to miracles!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

You’re god in human form! You’re divine! You can be or do or have anything you want!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Focus your attention in this moment. You don’t have to think about anything else outside of right now.

Breathing in I love myself!

Remember that at our core we are love. Evil doesn’t really exist. Hate doesn’t really exist. Only love is the truth. Allow yourself to remember what it feels like to love, right now.

Breathe in and imagine someone you love so much.
Breathe out and hold that vision.

I’m imagining my cat Pwny. If I think about how much I love her too much, I’ll probably start crying. I think that’s a lot of why we avoid giving ourselves or practicing the feeling of love is because we don’t want to be crying all the time from the beauty and amazingness of this world.

Breathe in and feel that feeling of love.
Breathe out and let it be your magnet.

When you purposely feel the feeling of love, you generate experiences that feel like that.

Feel that feeling of love in your heart. Feel how strong it is. Feel how it makes you so in love with life and so grateful to be here, just for the experience of love!

Breathe in and be grateful for the experience of love!
Breathe out and let it be easy.

It’s ok if you love so much that it makes you cry. When you practice that feeling on purpose, you’ll attract more that you’re so madly in love with that it makes you cry!

Breathe in and feel that feeling of love, yeah love.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you for the love.”

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Now take that feeling of love that you can feel from thinking about your most loved thing, whether it’s a pet, an idea, or a person. Now imagine if you felt that way about everything in your reality.

Breathe in and feel that feeling of love.
Breathe out and know it’s all just as conscious as your favorite pet. (She’s not my favorite pet.) Or your favorite person. Everything that you can lay your eyes on or lay your ears on or your fingers or your tongue, it’s all the same energy that is in your beloved person or pet.

Breathe in and begin to project that love energy.
Breathe out and make yourself open to that love energy.

Imagine going through life and seeing that love in everything you see. Instead of feeling afraid of having to go to court, you could go to court and love it so much you cry. What would it be like to go to your most dreaded thing and love it so much you cry?

Breathe in and hold that feeling of love.
Breathe out and feel so relieved and so grateful.

This “practicing the feeling” right now is determining your future circumstances, but it doesn’t even matter because in this moment you are loved and you are loving. And that’s the meaning of life!

Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
