Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Bring your attention into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Decide to be ok with what is, if only for a moment.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You’re in the right place. This is the right time. Everything ever created led up to right now.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that we’re here for a reason. Trust that there is a system, that there is something bigger than us, that there is a life force that’s looking out for us.

Breathe in and zoom out to the bigger picture.
Breathe out and remember: It’s just a mystery. You get to have fun. You get to enjoy the mystery. You don’t have to just work for money and get a paycheck and then you die. You can let life be deeper. You can let life be fun.

Breathe in and let life be fun today!
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

You can do whatever you want today. Nothing is holding you back. Nothing is stopping you. You get to choose what you do with your thoughts, emotions, actions and being. Ask yourself right now, “What do I want?”

I want to be my reason for feeling good. I want it to come from inside of me. And I want to be my source instead of looking for it outside of myself. What do you want?

Breathe in and think about how you’d feel if you had what you wanted.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of what it would feel like to have what you wanted.

If I was my reason for feeling good, I would feel so excited to be me. I would have so much energy and so much enthusiasm. I would be excited to play with my day.

Breathe in and feel excited to play with your day!
Breathe out and trust that what you want is coming to you.

You’ve practiced the feeling. You know what you want, and now you can let it go by stepping into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

There is no thought in the present moment, only experience. You don’t need to think about everything to experience it. You don’t need to think about everything to KNOW. Outside of the realm of thought is an entire universe of experience, of love, of infinite intelligence, of knowing. You can access that universe by stepping outside of your thoughts. Think about it like your thoughts are this bubble that kinda covers your head. Normally we just exist in this little spot right here. But we can just take that off, put it down, and beyond that is infinite intelligence and knowing.

You can access it with your breath. You can access it with silent counting, anything you can do to stop thinking, or to step outside of your thoughts. You can’t ever stop thinking for too long because you’re human, but you can step away from your thoughts. You can get distance from them. You can see there is so much more to life than thinking. Infinitely more to life!

Breathe in and feel so excted about the depth of life!
Breathe out and relax! Life is supposed to be fun! We’re supposed to enjoy it! We’re here for the pleasure of living!

Now if you want to access that realm of infinite intelligence, of pure knowing, of love, just go back to your breath and focus on your breath instead of your thoughts. Every time you notice a thought just acknowledge it but go back to your breath. You don’t have to follow those thoughts down every rabbit hole they try to take you.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

And if you want to feel really powerful,

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

Breathing in I am god breathing in.
Breathing out I am god breathing out.

You’ll start noticing that everything you want is coming to you, but it doesn’t matter because you already feel so good from getting distance from your thoughts that you don’t need the manifestations.
