Love Your Family Unconditionally (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Let your shoulders relax.

Breathe in and open up to the flow of well being.
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator.

You have to be it to see it. What do you want to see today?

Breathe in and think about what you want to see.
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to see that.

I want to see my family coming to me, wanting to talk to me. Wanting to spend time with me. I want to feel loved. I want to feel loved. And appreciated. And interesting. I want to feel loved and appreciated. So if I want that from people outside of me, I’ve got to give it to myself.

Breathe in and love and appreciate yourself.
Breathe out and say, “I love and appreciate myself.”

Even though I’m looking outside of myself for things to make me feel good, I still totally and completely love and appreciate and accept and forgive myself.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Decide to focus on loving yourself today. Let go of your awareness of what you’re lacking. No one’s going to act right all the time. No one’s going to give you what you want all the time. All you can do is give it to yourself. And then you won’t need it from other people, and then they’ll give it to you.

Breathe in and give yourself love.
Breathe out and appreciate yourself.

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I love myself.

And when your family members do things that hurt you to the core, that make you cry, practice sending them unconditional love. Say to your family, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” Now imagine if you actually meant that, then what your family does won’t affect you. You’ll be untouchable!

Can you feel how elevated that makes you? It doesn’t make you better than other people, but it makes you immune to their bullshit!

It makes you not the better person, but you’ll feel better and you won’t be so affected by what other people are doing. You won’t be so tossed about by the whims of other people’s egos.

Feel how good it feels to unconditionally love your family. Just imagine them as little children. They don’t know any better. If they knew better they would act better!

Now you love them. Unconditionally, regardless of what they do to you. Regardless of whether they call you back or not. Regardless of whether they ever want to talk to you ever again. It doesn’t matter because you love and accept them exactly the way they are.

Breathing out I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Feel what it feels like to really love unconditionally. Then it doesn’t matter what their behavior is. You can see that their behavior is just based on their own fear and lack of love. Everyone just wants to be loved and if you can give people what they want at their core, eventually they’ll return it to you. But remember, you won’t need it because you already love yourself.

Even though I do stuff that’s not out of love. Even though I don’t call back everyone that wants me to call them. Even though I don’t appreciate everyone that appreciates me, I still totally love and accept and forgive myself. Even though it’s just words. Even though it’s just thinking a thought, it’s a step in the direction of love. It’s a step in the direction of feeling better.
