Stop thinking about other things, and start being here now.

Breathe in and decide to play with your day!
Breathe out and smile! For real! Try it!

You’ll feel so much better! Things are already looking up!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and let yourself slow down.

Let your mental to-do list of everything you have to do next settle down. Let the dust settle.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile!

You can let go of your worries. You can let go of your fears.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and look around you.

Everything in this reality is conscious. Everything is consciousness. It all responds to your vibration.

Allow yourself to begin giving love to your reality. It’s all consciousness. It will respond to your love.

Say to whatever it is you’re looking at, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way that you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Breathe in and practice feeling unconditional love.
Breathe out and feel your reality start loving you unconditionally.

Step outside of your thoughts into love. Your mind is like an umbrella that prevents the rain which is love from hitting you. Just imagine one of those greeting cards that’s got someone standing under an umbrella, and they’re sad. But all around them is rainbow love. If they would just close their umbrella, they would be surrounded and filled with the rainbow love. So close the umbrella of your mind and enter into the field of infinite love surrounding you. It’s already right in front of you, that which you want. You only have to shut your umbrella mind.

Let this mantra be your sole focus, the single point you train your attention on, and your mind will slow down. Your mind umbrella will close and then you can take it out later when you have to do math.
