Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and step into your power!

Your presence is the only power you need right now. Let yourself wake up in the dream, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your whole life! Everything ever created led up to right now, this moment. This is it! This is the main event! You made it!

Breathe in and welcome your reality!
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Let what you want come to you. You don’t have to chase anything anymore.

Breathe in and lighten up! This life is not serious!
Breathe out and focus your attention.

Ask yourself, “What do I want?” I want to feel more connected to myself, to other people, to magick, to life. I want to feel connected and I want to feel good about being alive. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to have what you want.
Breathe out and trust that it’s on its way.

Every instant that you pulse that feeling you want to feel, you’re creating more and more and more of the life where you feel like that. Every time you take one second to practice feeling the way you want to feel, you’ll be met with hours and days and months and years of positive manifestations connected to that.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck how I feel in the future! All that matters is right now. In this moment I am choosing to be light. I am choosing to smile. I am choosing to change my tune. Your reality reflects the thoughts you think. Your emotions are your body’s response to the thoughts you think. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Breathe in and step way from your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice the space between your thoughts.

If you start to get scared, or if it gets too deep, just meditate on love and you’ll remember who you are.

Breathe in and meditate on love.
Breathe out and feel love in your heart.

It just takes a little practice, a little focus, a little bit of attention training, but you’ll notice the effects immediately. If all else fails, go back to silent counting.

Breathe in and lighten up! You know what to do now.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

It’s the right time. It’s the right place.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be kinder to yourself today.

You have come so far! You are doing such a good job! It’s ok to slow down and appreciate yourself!

Breathe in and say, “I appreciate myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Let life be easy today. Decide to focus your attention on what you want and what you want more of. Decide to stand up to your thoughts, be the powerful witch you are, and live the magick life in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
