Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and let relaxation fill your body.

It’s ok to slow down now. It’s ok to relax and smile. Everything’s working out for you. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and know that no matter what you’re feeling, it’s the right place. It’s the right time. There’s a time for feeling good and a time for feeling bad. A time for feeling tired and a time for feeling energized. Wherever you’re at right now, is the right time.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. Worrying isn’t going to help.

Either take action or let go of those thoughts.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out!”
Breathe out and remember who you are!

You are god in human form. You are the creator. In this moment, you can choose to create the life you want.

Breathe in and choose the life you want.
Breathe out and smile because it’s already on the way to you!

Decide right now to switch to that reality you prefer. Just finish the sentence, “In the reality I prefer…” In the reality I prefer, I love myself. In the reality I prefer, I’m already successful. In the reality I prefer, life loves me and it’s all working out for me. In the reality I prefer, everything is working out for everyone.

Breathe in and switch to the reality you prefer.
Breathe out and relax. It’s on the way! You don’t have to take any more action.

Unless you are divinely inspired, unless you are called, unless wild horses couldn’t stop you from taking the action, you don’t have to do anything. You can just relax and be.

Breathe in and remember the value of just being!
Breathe out and be kind to yourself when you want to just be!

You don’t have to be constantly doing! When you relax, it makes space for the doing. Your doing is only as good as the quality of your not-doing. If you can let yourself totally relax, totally be still and at peace, then when the time comes to do, you’ll be that much better at it. You’ll want it that much more.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Today is the day to be kind to yourself. When you give yourself love, you’ll see it reflected. When you give yourself love, your problems will clear up on their own. When you stop resisting all of those things that bother you, they can stop persisting.

Breathing out I love myself.

Try to really feel what it feels like to love yourself.

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I love myself.

Breathing out I love myself.

This is the best day of your life! And if you can just relax and let go of those thoughts that make you feel bad, the things you want will just show up right in front of your eyes. And you won’t have had to take any action to get there. It’s all vibrational. It’s all inside of you. It’s all just a simple switch in perspective.

Let this be your mantra today! Any time you start feeling irritated or sad or annoyed, even angry,

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I love myself.

And if that stuff’s still bothering you,

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Remember the power you have with your attention. Your attention is your top resource, your number one quality—the thing that is your power. Your attention is your power. Place your attention on loving yourself and then the world will love you and you will love your world.
