How Good It Feels to Have Nothing to Lose! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to mind to receiving!
Breathe out and say, “Fuck it!” It’s not serious!

You don’t have to worry about anything. Worrying is just wishing for what you don’t want. And your mental energy is much better spent doing nothing, or at least focusing on the positive.

Breathe in and feel your creative power!
Breathe out and remember who you are! You’re the creator! You’re the creator of you! You’re the creator of your life! You are in control! Your control is in your letting go of those negative thoughts. Your control is in letting of your anxieties. It’s in letting go of your fears.

You get to control the outcome of your life by letting go of your fixations on what you’re afraid of.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck if the worst happens! I’ll be glad if the worst happens!”

Lately I’ve found myself getting really attached to my home because I love it so much. It’s so perfect. It has everything I want. There could be a few upgrades, but I have my own studio. It’s so beautiful. There’s so much closet space! And I start worrying like, “What if we have to move soon? What if the landlord sells the house?” Pointless worrying for no reason. There’s no evidence that that’s even a possibility! It’s just because I’m attached to something I like that I start to worry.

So what are you attached to that makes you worry? Your health? Your family? Your money? Your friends? Your pets? Your home? Your possessions? All of that, all the things in life you like, actually make you worried because you get attached to them. Today we’re going to let go of attachment. You know how good it feels to have nothing to lose!

Breathe in and say, “I have nothing to lose!”
Breathe out and know it’s true because anything that’s truly yours can’t be taken away from you.

Anything you can give away is already yours. Let go of your worries today. Let go of your anxieties. They’re just your attachments revealing themselves. I worry a lot about my pets and my parents and money. It’s just because I’m attached to my pets, my parents and being able to pay the rent.

But the truth is I’m a spiritual being who was never born and am never going to die and all of those things are temporary illusions that I can release attachment to right now.

Breathe in and notice your attachments.
Breathe out and let those attachments go.

All the things you like in your life, what if they were taken away from you? You would still be you and you would still feel good. You can always feel good regardless of your circumstances.

Breathe in and remember only your thoughts make you feel bad.
Breathe out and hear the answer right there.

If only your thoughts make you feel bad, all you gotta do is get rid of your thoughts or get some space from your thoughts. You can do that just by focusing on your breath, by letting go of each thought as you have it, by silent counting, or by using a mantra. All of these techniques or methods can help you let go of your attachments, let go of your worries, and never feel bad again! (I mean, you’ll feel bad again because we always forget, but you can always get right back to that feeling good place where you’re the creator, you have nothing to lose, you love yourself, and life is infinite possibility.)

Breathe in and notice the perfection of this moment!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

It’s all an illusion. Your parents are an illusion. Money is an illusion. Your pets, as cute as they are, are illusions. The only truth is inside of you. And you already have everything you need! You created this world around you. It came from inside of you. So if you ever start worrying about losing your pets or your money or your parents just remember it came from within. And you can always go back to that source of feeling good. You always have access to infinite intelligence. You always are connected to the divine and all you have to do to get there is step away from your thoughts, the only thing that can make you feel bad.

Let your day get easier now. You love yourself. You’re free of attachment! You live the magick life! There’s nothing left to be afraid of!
