Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because when you smile, life gives you things to smile at.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and smile right now. You gotta choose the good mood first and then the good things will come, not the other way around. You gotta choose right now to feel good. You gotta make the choice for yourself that you can feel good regardless of your circumstances. That you can feel good even though all signs point to no!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself despite your mistakes!
Breathe out and really be kind to yourself. You deserve kindness today. You more than anyone deserve to be treated with love by yourself. You deserve your own love. And when you give yourself love you’ll see it reflected from other people, but you gotta give yourself that love first!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are!” (But insert your own name.) I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Even though I have SO MANY reasons to hate myself, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I have so much doubt, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I hate being a hypochondriac, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I have been making mistakes with my words, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.

Breathe in and lighten up, because life is not serious!
Breathe out and relax.

Just relax. Just relax. Everything is going to work out for you. Everything already is working out for you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and start to feel empowered! You get to choose how you feel. You get to choose your attitude. You get to choose what thought you think next. You get to choose whether you smile right now or not. Just try smiling right now!

Breathe in and smile! Life can get better!
Breathe out and smile! Life is not serious!

It can feel so thick and heavy and bad and scary. But have you tried just smiling? And letting those thoughts go? Only your thoughts can make you feel bad!

Breathe in and smile! You must be it to see it!
Breathe out and step away from those thoughts that make you feel bad. I’ve been overwhelmed with thoughts making me feel bad. Stressing myself out. Beating myself up. Worrying. Hating myself! We can turn that around right now.

Breathe in and smile! The choice is yours!
Breathe out and feel empowered!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. This is the main event. This moment is where it matters whether you feel good. This moment is where it matters what you do. In this moment you can choose to think thoughts that empower you. In this moment you can choose to feel better and when you feel better, you attract better-feeling circumstances.

Breathe in and relax! It’s getting easier!
Breathe out and trust the solution will come when it’s time.

It is all working out for you. Let yourself be still. There’s nothing you have to do. There’s nothing you have to change. Decide to love the parts of you you want to change. Make peace with them. I love the part of me that gets addicted to things. I love the part of me that wants to feel good at any cost. I love the part of me that is critical. I love the part of me that is so blind. I love the part of me that’s mean and lacks compassion. I love the part of me that has to numb. I love the part of me that is scared. I love the part of me that’s tired. I love the part of me that wants to give up. I love the part of me that wants to give up!

Breathe in and love the part of you that wants to give up.
Breathe out and let go.

That part of you that wants to give up? That’s the part that needs the most love. That’s the part that needs encouragement. That’s the part of you that needs forgiveness and acceptance. I forgive and accept myself for wanting to give up. It’s ok that I want to give up. It’s ok to want to give up. I don’t have to take any action. I don’t have to change. I can just make peace with wanting to give up.

Breathe in and make peace with wanting to give up.
Breathe out and let go.

It’s not serious. Tomorrow you’ll wake up and feel better. You might start feeling better now!

Breathe in and say, “I love the part of myself that wants to give up!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck if I give up! It doesn’t matter!”

Breathing in I love myself the part of myself that wants to give up!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck if I give up!

It just doesn’t matter. All that matters is right now and do you feel good right now?

Let yourself smile and get just a whiff, a hint of feeling better. Just a smile can start you in your upward spiral. It can start you up the emotional scale and before you know it, you’ll be feeling optimistic and you’ll wonder why you ever wanted to give up! Just trust it will come and for now be ok with the part of you that wants to give up. It’s part of the process. If you didn’t want to give up, it just wouldn’t matter as much when you succeed. You’ll be looking back when you succeed, thinking, “I wanted to give up so many times. It was hard! But it was so worth I!”
