Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and decide to have a good attitude today!

No matter what happens, you can still feel good. Even if you’re irritable, even if you’re sad, even if you’re stressed, you can still have yourself a good day!

Breathe in and smile! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator! When you ask, it is given. All you have to do is get out of your own way.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and celebrate who you are!

You are god in human form. You are so powerful that you can want something and then it manifests right away as long as you don’t block it with your thoughts. So how do you stop blocking what you want with your thoughts? Well check this out: say you hate yourself, and you want to counteract that. You want to feel good and love yourself so you practice saying, “I love myself, I love myself,” but as Ram Dass teaches, we must move beyond the world of polarities. We must step back and become the observer and not care if we love ourselves or hate ourselves. We don’t have to care if we have money or don’t have money. We can just sit back into the observer position and enjoy life exactly the way it’s unfolding.

Breathe in and say, “I”
Breathe out and say, “AM”

Instead of saying something after “I am,” like an affirmation, you just say “I am,” and it makes space for both sides of the wave. For example, say you’re irritated:

Breathe out and say, “AM”

You help yourself relax into making peace with being irritated. But at the same time you recognize that you are also pleased.

Every time you experience something negative, the opposite is created. And you can become a match to it with, “I am.” You can feel instantly better with, “I am.”

It puts your perspective back in the observer position so you don’t care if you feel bad or glad or things went your way or they didn’t go your way. Your natural state is feeling good and you can get away from all the polarities, all the ups and downs—you can get off the rollercoaster with

You don’t have to be upset if things don’t go your way. And you don’t have to base your happiness on things going your way. You can transcend all of that, all of the world of duality by going back to the observer

Can you feel how much more peaceful it is to not resist everything in life? To just accept it and make space for it? And before you know it you’ll be the opposite thing of what you didn’t like about yourself. You’ll be at peace already because you are the valley between the mountain peaks, you have gotten off the rollercoaster, you are no longer susceptible to its and downs
