You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Relax and let your worries go.

In this moment, there is nothing to be worried about. In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, you can relax. You don’t have to think about what you have to do next. You don’t have to think about what might happen in the future.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Make “letting go” your theme for today. Every time you notice yourself getting worried or tense or annoyed, just say to yourself, “Let go. Let go. Let go.”

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and let go!

Let go! Let go. Are you worried about your next task? Let go. Are you worried about having enough money in the future? Let go. Are you worried about your health? Let go! Fuck it! Who cares! Let go. Let go. Let it go.

Breathe in and feel relaxed.

When you find yourself getting in the way, let go. When someone didn’t do the dishes right, let go. When you don’t look exactly the way you want to, let go.

There’s a reason for all the things that you wish were different. Theres’s a reason they are the way they are, and the reason is FOR you!

Trust the process of life today. Trust that the dishes are like that for a reason. Trust you look like this for a reason. Trust that you have this and this many things left on your to do list for a reason. Trust that it’s working out for you! Trust that you’re doing everything right.

Let go of your criticisms. Let go of your irritation. Let go of your anger. Let go.

In every moment you have a choice to hold onto your thoughts or let them go. To hold onto the anger or let go. To poison yourself or let it go.

Breathe in and make the choice.
Breathe out and let go.

Your anger about people body shaming? Let go. Your anger about the government? Let go. When the time is right, the correct action will be placed right in front of you and wild horses won’t be able to stop you from taking that action. But if you’re not going to do anything about it right now, let it go. Let it go. Let it go.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and let go. When it’s time to act, you’ll know. Until then you’re just holding onto thoughts that make you feel bad. So let them go.
