What Thought Makes You Feel Better Right Now? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and open up to receiving new ideas!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

Let go of the way you think things should be.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and let go of your anxieties.

Let this day be easy. Let this moment be easy.

Breathe in and become present!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Focus on the infinite possibilities that lie before you.

Breathe in and remember: anything can happen!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right. It’s ok to relax and just enjoy being.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide you’re going to practice loving yourself today, by being present enough to hear what you need to be loved in every moment. To me, loving myself means noticing any time I feel less than amazing, and asking myself, “What thought would feel better?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What thought would feel better?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

To me, it’s as simple as listening for a new mantra to think. There are several that come to me often, like, “I love myself,” and “thank you,” and “it’s ok,” and “breathing in I know I’m breathing in, breathing out I know I’m breathing out.” Listen for what thought makes you feel better right now.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and quiet your mind so you can listen, so you can hear the answers.

Right now, think about what you want. I want to win! Now you know what you want, quiet your mind and let the appropriate thought come to you that’s going to help you create your desired outcome.

Breathe in and let the thought come to you.
Breathe out and trust the thought that you heard.

The thought that came to me was, “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,” a Nichiren Buddist chant that means, praise the divine lotus sutra perhaps? Praise the divine law of cause and effect. Basically it means, your thoughts create your reality and if you think this, you’ll be creating your best possible reality. I use it a lot when I have to go to court. Plus it’s not in English, so if you’re a native English speaker, sometimes it’s easier to get your mind and thoughts off of this world with a non-English mantra. Because you can’t think about it and dissect it and analyze it. So that’s the mantra that I need right now. What thought came to you?

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This moment is all that exists. And in each moment, you’ll be able to ask for the thought that will make you feel better. If you don’t feel amazing, just ask, “What thought will make me feel better?” Quiet your mind and listen for it. It will come right away!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

You are a powerful creator! You love yourself so much. Only your thoughts make you feel bad sometimes. And you now have the power to attract a better-feeling thought in every moment.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
