Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let go. Let go. Let go.

Breathe in and realize what you’ve been holding onto.
Breathe out and let it go.

We hold onto our thoughts—our thoughts about people hurting us, our thoughts about the past, our thoughts about the future, our fears, our anxieties. Today we can let it all go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of everything blocking your flow.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to let go of those stale desires. It’s safe to let go of those limiting beliefs. It’s safe to let go of who you think you are. Let it all go and enter the present moment.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go.

Let go of your worries. Let go of your anxieties. As you go about your day, make “Let go” your mantra. We hold onto things in every moment. Ideas we want to remember, things that make us sad, grudges, fears. Decide to let it all go today.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s ok to let go of your fears. Your fears don’t protect you. It’s ok to let go of your grudges. Grudges only hurt you.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I’ve let go! I’ve let that go. I’ve decided to let that go. It’s working itself out.”

Anytime a little worry comes across your mind, think to yourself, “I’ve decided to feel good about that. I’ve let that go.” And then stop thinking about it and let it go.

Breathe in and open up! This is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. Let go of your preferences. Let go of needing things to go a certain way to feel good. You can feel good regardless of your circumstances.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I love myself!”

Let go of your criticisms about yourself. Let go of your self hatred.

You need your love more than anyone else. You deserve your love more than anyone else. Let go of everything holding you back from loving yourself, right now.

Let go. When you let go, you’re free to flow with life. You’re free to receive all of the blessings that are waiting, that are only being pinched off by your thoughts. And all letting go is, is letting go of your thoughts. Letting them pass by instead of clinging to them.

Let life carry you. Let life live you. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad, and when you let go you return to your natural state of feeling good.
