Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

This is the right time. This is the right place You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and start feeling confident

You’ve made it this far; clearly it’s for a reason!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and remember who you are

You are god in human form. You are divine. You’re an expression of god. You can do no wrong.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go!

Let go of your anxiety. Let go of your fears. Call on someone right now who can help you. Maybe someone who’s already passed on to the next realm. Maybe a fictional character in your head, maybe your higher self, maybe god. Decide to call on someone right now who you know can help you.

Breathe in and open up to connecting
Breathe out and begin to feel their presence

There are so many people rooting for you. So many people who want to see you succeed. They want to see you succeed at what YOU want to do, not what’s expected of you, not what you think you should do. They want to see you succeed at what YOU want to do!

Breathe in and feel connected to all those people who want to help you
Breathe out and know that they’re here with you right now!

Your friends, your family, your teachers. They see so much for you! They know all those things you want. They want you to have them! So

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and know it’s already on the way.

But at the same time, know that getting what you want isn’t going to make you feel any better than you feel right now. So our job right now is to feel as good as we would feel if we had what we wanted.

Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want

Again, I want friends. I want my friends from Austin to hit me up and say “I missed you! How can I come see you! I didn’t know what I had until it was gone!” I want attention and I want love. And I want to be appreciated. And I also know that when those things finally come around, I’m going to want something else and getting what I want right now isn’t going to make me feel any better. All I can do is make myself feel better—how ridiculous is that? That it’s under our own control to help ourselves feel better—who knew! So, all you can do is in this moment, feel the best that you can feel. And you can do that through your breath, you can do that by feeling gratitude. You can do that by stopping thinking.

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts
Breathe out and know you have the power to feel as good as you would feel if you got what you wanted, right now.

Breathe in and feel better
Breathe out and know your power

You want so many things. I want so many things. But all we really want is to feel loved. All we really want is love. We’re here to love. We can give that to ourselves.

All those connections to other people that we want, we can give it to ourselves. And it doesn’t seem like it’s going to be as good. Because we think other people are outside of us. But we’re all one! We’re all the same! We all are made out of the same thing! I don’t know why life has to be so sad and why people have to die! But that was the price that we all signed up for. We all knew what we were getting into. We knew it would be sad. But the good news is, there’s the opposite side of the wave. And as sad as we can feel, that’s how happy we can feel. So if you feel sad today, know that your happy day is right around the corner and we can get there a little sooner by stepping outside of our thoughts, the only thing that can make us feel bad

Love is the only thing that matters and it’s the only answer.
