You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Everything that’s ever happened has led up to right now, the most powerful moment that exists!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and surrender

Surrender your preferences. Surrender your way of thinking things should go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and remember who you are: a powerful creator, god in human form.

You are magickal. You are divine. You are perfect the way you are.

Breathe in and start feeling confident
Breathe out and let go of your worries

You’re going to get what you want. It can be no other way.

Breathe in and let life be fun today!
Breathe out and know you’re on the right path

Let what you want come to you. Make space in your mind for what you want to come. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can make you push away what you want.

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts
Breathe out and watch your thoughts

When you step outside of your thoughts, when they slow down, when you stop thinking, you return to your natural state of feeling good. You enter the present moment. You wake up in the dream. You get your power back.

Breathe out and let your thoughts go!

Your presence is your power.

Breathe out and enter the peace of the present moment

When you’re here in the present moment, everything’s working out. You feel better. You feel confident, you feel love, you feel playful and excited about life. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe out and let it be easy

To activate your magickal powers that’s all you have to do—step outside of your thoughts. Watch your thoughts instead of thinking them. Become present.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

If you ever want to enter the present moment, just go back to your breath.

And if it’s too hard to stay focused on your breath, just do silent counting. Count from 0 to 100 over and over and over until you reach 10,000. You’ll have so much space for your thoughts. You’ll feel like you’re on the best drugs ever. You’ll feel energized. You’ll feel optimistic about your life. You’ll feel so invigorated.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Whatever it takes to step outside of your thoughts, make that your goal today. Make it your mantra. Make it your primary focus to stop thinking and start being.
