So much of our fear and anxiety is caused by caring about what other people think and today, no more!

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck what other people think about me!”
Breathe out and feel free!

This is your life to do with what you want! This is your time. This is your moment!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Relax. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right! It’s ok to love yourself the way you are! It’s ok to not care about what other people think!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your worries! Surrender your preferences.

Just let this present moment be enough. In this moment, no one is telling you what they think about you. In this moment, it’s just you. In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, you are so loved.

Breathe in and celebrate! You are so loved!
Breathe out and smile! This is your time!

Right now is when you get to choose what you do. Right now is when you get to choose what you think and feel. What do you want to think?

Breathe in and decide, “What do I want to think about today?”
Breathe out and commit to thinking that.

I want to think, “Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica, I love and accept and forgive you. I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.” That’s all I want to think today. I don’t have to spend one moment thinking about what other people think. I don’t have to think about what my parents think. I don’t have to think about what people on instagram think. I don’t have to care about what you think. I am free in this moment to exist, to be at peace with what is, and to love myself the way I am without changing a thing!

Breathe out and stand by who you are

Stand by what you say and what you do and your decisions. You are perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change a fucking thing to be loved!

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck what other people think!

Breathing in I live the magick life!
Breathing out I am a powerful witch!

Ask yourself, “What do I want today?” I just want to love myself the way I am. I want to be kind to myself and not beat myself up. I want to enjoy my day and feel good. I just want to like being alive today.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and know it’s on the way

Whatever you want is already created. You only have to get out of your own way to see it. All that means is feel good. Decide to feel good and then you’ll see what you want. Because you won’t need it, so you’ll be a match to it.

Breathe in and decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances
Breathe out and decide to love yourself right now the way you are!

Even if you overeat, even if your weight isn’t what you want, even if you do things you dislike, even if you have bad habits, even if your relationships aren’t perfect, even if you don’t have enough money, decide to love yourself the way you are.

Breathing out life already is the way I want it to be!
