Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and decide to not care!

You don’t have to let things bother you. You don’t have to let anything outside of you affect your mood.

Breathe in and let the flow through you
Breathe out and smile! Because life is supposed to be fun!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

Decide to let go of the way you think things should be and embrace the way things are. Happiness is not getting what you want, it’s wanting what you have.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

Let your worries go. Let your criticisms go. Let your judgements go. It’s all working out for you. You don’t have to be afraid. There’s enough for everyone.

Breathe in and decide to love today
Breathe out and let go

Let go of your resistance. Let go of your trapped emotions. Let go of those things that hold you back, those thoughts, those emotions—let it all go and step into this present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and step into this moment

You’re awake. You’re lucid. Feel what it feels like to be you. What does it feel like to breathe? What do your fingers feel like against your skin? What does it feel like to have a body?

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

This life is supposed to be fun. It’s not serious! Today, despite whatever happens, you’re going to love yourself! And you’re going to feel so much power from loving yourself.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I don’t give a fuck about those things that I could let bother me! I don’t give a fuck about distractions! I don’t give a fuck about my bad habits! My bad habits make me who I am!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

As you go about your day, let this be your mantra. Allow yourself to feel light, playful, fun. You’ve let all that negative stuff go. All that stuff holding you back—all those thoughts and feelings—they’re gone. All that’s left is this present moment, you and me, and loving ourselves. And not giving a fuck!
