Relax your body. Decide not to care.

Breathe in and trust the process of life
Breathe out and just feel gratitude for where you are right now

You’ve come so far. You’ve made it to this moment! Everything ever created led up to right now. This moment is important.

Breathe in and open your mind
Breathe out and let your worries go

You can always hear the flow. You can always hear your next step. You don’t have to worry about what you’re going to do. In each moment, the perfect thing is revealed to you.

Breathe in and feel relaxed
Breathe out and decide to let those worries go

It just doesn’t matter. In this moment you are safe. In this moment you’re feeling better and better. This moment is all that exists.

Breathe in and relax. Time is an illusion
Breathe out and celebrate yourself.

You’re amazing! You’re beautiful! You’re perfect the way you are. You’re doing everything right. You’re falling more and more in love with yourself every single day.

Even if you have hella criticisms built up about yourself—patterns you can’t seem to shake, old patters coming back that you thought you were over—regardless of the things about yourself you don’t like, you can still practice loving yourself. Especially the things you don’t like!

Breathe out and welcome the dark parts of yourself

The dark parts of yourself are just as important as the light. They make you who you are. The dark parts need love too.

The part of yourself that overeats, the part of yourself that spends money you don’t have. The part of yourself that takes drugs beyond when you know you should be taking them.The part of yourself that sabotages relationships. The part of yourself that is low-key unhappy all the time. All those parts of yourself need love too!

Breathe out and say, “I love myself”

Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Even though there’s so much about myself that I don’t like, I still totally and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am. And one day I’ll be able to say that without an eyeroll.

Loving yourself is a lifelong journey. But in this moment, you can choose to love yourself completely, unconditionally, regardless of your past self, your future self, your bad-decision self. You deserve love. All of you deserves love. Those parts of you that you label bad—only your mind labels them bad. Other minds might label them as good.

Decide to flip the switch and love yourself exactly the way you are today. Even if you overeat, even if you overspend, even if you think you’re too much, even if you take too many drugs. Even if you do things you wish you didn’t. Even if you feel things you wish you didn’t, today’s the day to love it all.

When you love all the parts of yourself, you burn away the darkness. You purify yourself. When you accept the parts you don’t like and you stop pushing away at them, they integrate into yourself and slowly phase themselves out. What you resist persists, so stop resisting those things about yourself you don’t like. Decide to love them today. Decide you love your bad parts. Your bad parts are delicious.
