Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let your mind slow down. You don’t have to think all of those thoughts you’ve been thinking. It’s ok to take a break from all of those thoughts right now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life
Breathe out and feel relaxed

If you trust the process of life, you don’t have to worry about controlling things by thinking about them.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

The trick to manifesting is knowing what you want but being happy without it.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to get that

You’re in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You’re doing your absolute best. Every time you wish you would have done something different, you couldn’t have known if you didn’t first experience the time that made you ask. It’s not your fault that you make mistakes. Every move that you make is perfect. Every move that you make teaches you something new. It’s ok to relax and love yourself. Next time you’ll do better. Next time you won’t make the same mistake. You can’t even make a mistake because everything you’ve ever done, everything that’s ever happened in your life, led up to right now, this moment. In this moment everything is fun. In this moment, you don’t have to worry. You made it. You’re here!

Breathe in and focus your attention
Breathe out and remember how powerful you are.

It’s easy to get lost in lazy thinking or if you have a really good day, maybe the next day isn’t as great because you’re just not as focused. When you have problems and contrast, it makes you focus. So if you’re beating yourself up for being unfocused, you’re basically asking for contrast to make you focus. You’re asking for problems to make you focus.

Breathe in and ask for what you want instead
Breathe out and let go

You can choose focus, right now. Without needing a problem to make you focus. That’s how you keep the flow going, how you stay feeling good. You choose to stay focused. You choose to keep thinking about what you want. You choose to keep letting go and allowing and surrendering.

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

You can keep surrendering. Surrender to this moment, right now. Acknowledge that this moment is perfect. Acknowledge how grateful you are that everything that ever happened led up to right now! WTF! What is life! What are we doing here?? I’m not totally sure, but I think it’s to have fun.

Breathe in and let life be fun today!
Breathe out and be light!

Let yourself smile! You will see the changes reflected in your reality, after you make the change inside. You have to take the first step to feeling good. You have to take the first step and decide to smile. You have to decide that you’re powerful enough that you can influence your reality with a smile. Of course you can!

Breathe in and smile! You can influence your reality with a smile!
Breathe out and remember life is not serious! It’s just hopefully an 80-90 year trip that you’re here for fun. You’re here to play. You’re here to love. You’re here to enjoy having a body.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy having a body today
Breathe out and just say yes and thank you to whatever comes

It’s leading you to what you want. But it doesn’t matter if you get what you want. You’ll feel the same when you get it. All that matters is how you feel right now!

Breathe in and decide to feel good right now!
Breathe out and let go of all the other worries
