Your Presence Is Your Super Power (transcript)
I’m in my new recording studio and I still haven’t unpacked, but I’m feeling so much better since my last video. Thank you everyone who commented and helped me feel better and like I’m not alone. It REALLY helped. Today, I feel great, today I’m wearing eyeliner again for the first time in months, AND, do you guys know I have this company with my wife called School of Life Design and we make worksheets and books and journals and resources for conscious creation and positive thinking? You know, if you believe your thoughts create your reality, what do you think? Our company makes resources for organizing your mind and manifesting of course. The point is, this week we have a new free worksheet out that came from the challenges presented to us with moving. All of the stress and hard parts of moving, we transmuted into a really fun worksheet that you can fill out to transmute your problems into solutions too.

Your presence is your super power. Your ability to drag your attention out of your thoughts into the present moment, is your super power. When you’re present, you notice synchronicities. When you’re present, you have fun. When you’re present you see that life is just playing with you and constantly giving you the gifts you asked for.

It’s all the same, we’re all one. We’re just here to love and have fun.

You have your health, you have your friends and your family and a home. And if you don’t have those things… focus on what you do have instead.

This is the best day of your life and it’s only getting better from here. Let yourself lighten up and play with life, play with the light. If it’s too hot and you’re sweating, don’t do anything. If it’s too hot and you’re sweating, make a joke of it.

Just have fun. It just doesn’t matter. You’ll have your good days and your bad days. And guess what my goal is—to not have good or bad days. To get away from the illusion that there are good and bad days. There is only the present moment. And in the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. There’s no good or bad days because nothing that is happening is good or bad, it’s only your thoughts that make you think it’s good or bad. So if you think you had a good day or a bad day, that’s just your ego. If you transcend your thoughts, step outside of your mind, you’ll see—every moment is a gift. Every moment is paradise. Every moment is exactly what you wished for.

Life loves you so much. And if you take the time to feel your emotions and let them go and just take a break from your wild mind, you really will see everything is perfect and in its place.
