It’s life bringing you what you wanted, in a bigger and better way than you could ever imagine.

Whenever you find yourself stressed out, anxious, worried, trying to control the uncontrollable—just go back to your breath. Remember:

No matter what happens, it’s happening in your favor. When you try to control what happens, you’ll just feel bad because you can’t control everything. All you can control is what you put your attention on. You can control your focus. What you focus on, expands. So you can choose to put your focus on what you want. What you want will grow.

Ask yourself, right now: What do I want?

I want to have a safe and fun and flawless victory trip to dinner tonight. And I want to make it home safe and sound by 10pm. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want
Breathe out and feel your power right now.

That little visualization in that one instant you just did, imagining how you would feel? That’s your magick. That’s your power: choosing the best possible outcome.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Life loves you and life wants you to get what you want. Just get out of your own way. Think about what you want, then return to the present. You can return to the present by focusing on your breath.
