Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender.

Whatever you want to make happen, decide to let it go. Decide to bring your attention into this present moment, where all of your power lies. Focus your attention on feeling good right now! Your mood is your work!

Breathe in and start feeling better!
Breathe out and let your stress go!

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. In the present moment, there’s nothing to think about. Your next logical step comes to you. You just know instinctively what to do. Only your thoughts jumble you up and make you feel stressed.

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and feel the potential of this moment!

It’s always going to be right now! You can always come back to your power, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and let your worries go!

It just doesn’t matter! We’re all going to die! All you can do is have fun!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide, “How do I want to feel today?” I want to feel in love with myself. How do you want to feel today?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to feel that
Breathe out and know that it’s already on the way.

You’ve practice the feeling and now it will come. Step away from your thoughts, the only thing that can block the flow of well being, and enter the present moment. Everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about here! And you can come be here all day every day! You can come to the present moment right now!

Breathe out and surrender to the present moment

Everything is perfect and in its place. Nothing has to change for you to feel good or be happy. You can enjoy your life exactly how it is! You can feel bliss, you can feel euphoria exactly how your life is now.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

In the present moment, everything is fun. In the present moment, there’s nothing to worry about. So, if you’re not having fun, or if you’re worried, you’re just not in the present moment. We can come back there any time, right now!

Breathe in and step into the present moment
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

If you want to remember to be present, or if you want a tool to enter presence, just go back to your breath.

Just give yourself love. Let yourself be at peace with what is. Let this moment be enough for you.

Allow yourself to wake up right now, in this moment. Everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Can you feel it? Can you feel the fun coming back? Can you feel your worries slipping away?

It’s all working out for you and you’ll see that the instant you step away from your thoughts into the present moment.
