You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything ever created led up to this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences
Breathe out and step back from your mind

Get some distance from your thoughts. Decide to be the observer, the witnesser of your thoughts.

Breathe in and observe your thoughts right now
Breathe out and just notice your thoughts.

Listen to that voice that tells you all about what you like and what you don’t like and what you’re afraid of and what you should be doing and what you shouldn’t be doing. That’s just the voice of your ego, the voice of your mind, the voice of your thoughts. And you don’t have to listen to it!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts!
Breathe out and remember: You are not your thoughts!

You are that which observes your thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so if you feel bad, step back from your thoughts and notice what you’re thinking.

Those thoughts? You don’t need them. You don’t need to be constantly narrating what you like and what you dislike and what you’re afraid of and what you should be doing and what you don’t like about someone else. It’s ok to step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Your thoughts are going to resist the present moment. They’re going to tell you all the things you don’t like and all the things you should be doing instead. But today you’re standing up to your thoughts!
