Feel Better by Training Your Thoughts (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

It doesn’t have to go a specific way for you to feel good.

Breathe in and decide to feel good
Breathe out and decide to not care if you get that thing you want

Let go of your resistance to what is. Decide to embrace what is. What is, is for a reason.

Breathe in and celebrate! You have come so far!
Breathe out and begin to feel relieved! You’re starting to feel better!

Breathe in and lift yourself up! You have the power to feel better!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

Decide right now to focus your attention on what you want and what you want more of. Decide to stop focusing on all those things you don’t want. Bring your attention, which is completely under your control, into the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and celebrate who you are!
Breathe out and relax because you don’t have to be anything but who you are!

Right now, you can decide to feel better just by training your thoughts. We’re going to go through a list of prompts and you’re going to fill them out in your head and by the end you’re going to feel so much better.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and surrender

Decide to embrace what is. The first prompt is to think about what you’re grateful for. Think to yourself, “I’m so happy and grateful that…” This can be something you don’t have yet. Start practicing the feeling of being so happy and grateful that you have that thing you want. I am so happy and grateful I feel better. I am so happy and grateful it stopped raining. I am so happy and grateful that I feel good. I am so happy and grateful that I get to have whatever I want for dinner. I am so happy and grateful to feel relieved.

Next: let’s try “Wouldn’t it be nice?” Wouldn’t it be nice if I went to bed feeling good? Wouldn’t it be nice if I woke up tomorrow feeling great? Wouldn’t it be nice to have good dreams? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel the best I’ve ever felt? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel beautiful and attractive and sexy? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel playful and fun and in the moment?

NEXT, we’re going to pre-pave. Think of something that’s coming up soon. We’re going to pre-pave it so we can set our intentions and so it’s more likely that it goes our way, because you already have an expectation set up. So, what’s this event? Mine is a visit from a friend. What’s the best that could happen before? The best that could happen before is I get in the vortex and I feel great and I’m in a good mood and my ducks are in a row. What’s the best that could happen during? The best that could happen during is we have fun and we play and we create and it’s the best 3 weeks of my life. How do you want to feel after? I want to feel in love.

Now, list the things you want. Just list them. What do you want? I want to order pizza. I want you to donate some money to my PayPal. I want to lucid dream. I want to fly. I want to be in the vortex and stay there. I want to make my best work and I want to feel the best I’ve ever felt and I want to feel good regardless of my circumstances.

Next: We’ll set some intentions. What do you intend?

I intend to be in a good mood. I intend to go to sleep feeling good. I intend to wake up feeling good. I intend to make my best work. I intend to feel the best I’ve ever felt. I intend to be light. I intend to flow. I intend to look for what I want to see. I intend to have and be fun.

Next: it’s time to pray. Doesn’t matter what you’re praying to, but sometimes it helps to ask for help from something outside of you. This is something I learned from my AA explorations. So, whenever I remember, I pray to stay sober. What do you pray?

Next, we switch to the reality we prefer. In the reality I prefer, I already am in the vortex. In the reality I prefer, I feel gorgeous and wonderful. In the reality I prefer, I’m doing everything right. In the reality I prefer, I’m in the right place at the right time. In the reality I prefer, you’re sending me donations right now. In the reality I prefer, I make $4000 a month in passive income. In the reality I prefer, life loves me. In the reality I prefer, it’s all working out for everyone.

Next, we just say “I love it when…” I love it when I do my work. I love it when I feel good. I love it when my cat goes to the bathroom in her litter box. I love it when my nails are done. I love it when I feel pretty. I love it when I make my best work. I love it when I have fun with my wife. I love it when I feel light. I love it when I feel good. I love it when I wake up in the vortex. I love it when I get PayPal notifications. I love it when everything works out. I love it when I do the work. Finally, you just talk to yourself like you’re talking to yourself from your perspective of your higher self or god. You say, “Dear so and so…” Dear Jessica… and then you just channel some nice things about yourself.

Dear Jessica, you’re doing everything right. You’re in the right place at there right time. You’re in the flow. Life is working out for you. Just relax and enjoy it. It’s all for you!

Breathe out and relax. You know the secret to life. It’s that you’re the creator and you get to decide what you think and how you feel. Everything is working out for you!
