Decide you don’t give a fuck about those worries today! What’s the #1 thing you’re worried about?

Breathe in and say “I don’t give a fuck about that #1 thing I’m worried about!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck if that #1 thing I’m worried about ever gets resolved! I don’t give a fuck! Who cares! I’m here to have fun and celebrate and enjoy my life!”

Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life today!
Breathe out and make that choice: “I don’t give a fuck if that #1 worry ever resolves itself! I don’t care!”

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

You might want things to be a certain way before you think you can be happy, but then you’ll never be happy because you’ll always base being happy on a condition. Decide right now to feel good regardless of your circumstances, regardless of whether your conditions are met.

Breathe in and smile because life loves you!
Breathe out and smile because life is supposed to be fun!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and feel your control coming back!

Your control is in letting go. You want to control things so you get what you want, but the funny thing is when you give up control, you’re more likely to get what you want. It comes when you don’t care!

Breathe in and surrender control
Breathe out and let go of that need to control

Just say yes. Just say yes to what is. Just say “I love myself” to what is. Say, “I don’t give a fuck” to what is. Whatever it takes to let go of your fixation on the unwanted.

Breathe in and feel better already
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

You don’t know the best way. You think you do. But you don’t know! The way things are, is the way they’re supposed to be, that’s why they are. When you fight what is, you lose.

Breathe in and decide to stop fighting!
Breathe out and say it: “I don’t give a fuck if that #1 worry ever resolves itself! I don’t give a fuck! I’m going to go have fun anyway. I’m going to go enjoy my life anyway.”

Breathe in and feel lighter!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

That #1 worry is going to keep coming back, saying, “What about me? Resolve this. Fix this. Worry about this. Shouldn’t somebody do something?”

And you know what somebody should do? You should say, “I don’t give a fuck if that thing ever resolves!”

Breathe in and feel free: You’ve surrendered!
Breathe out and let go. You’re not worried about that thing anymore.

Welcome that thing. Say yes to that thing. If you stop resisting it, it will stop persisting.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Breathe in and feel light and free!
Breathe out and decide this day is going to be the best day of your life!

Its all working out for you! Your control is in letting go. Whatever you want will come when you let go of awareness that you don’t have it. Just say yes, surrender, and decide to enjoy this beautiful day!
