Say Yes! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right! It’s time to take your foot off of the brake. It’s time to stop resisting and start allowing what you want into your life!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Have you ever seen the movie Waking Life? In the movie, one of the characters says something like, “Time is created by saying no thank you to god”. What if we said yes to god? What if we said yes to everything? This moment is god. Reality is god. What if we stopped saying no and started saying yes in every moment?

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say yes!

As you go about your day, try this mantra: Yes! Yes! Yes!

When you’re doing your work: Yes! Yes! When a client calls: Yes! Yes! When you get feedback: Yes! When you have to do the dishes: YES! When you have to clean something up: Yes! Stop putting the brake on to every single moment of your life, resisting everything. Do you do that? I do that. I did that. But now I’m on this new thing where I say yes to everything!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

See if you can go about your entire day saying yes to what is. Because when you fight what is, you lose. What is, is for a reason. It’s how it’s supposed to be. When you say yes to what is and you don’t resist it, you allow it to flow on, to move, to change. When you say yes, you welcome new things, new experiences, new manifestations. You welcome the things that you want into your life.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

(The Waking Life reference: “Let me explain to you the nature of the universe. Now Philip K. Dick is right about time, but he's wrong that it's 50 A.D. Actually, there's only one instant, and it's right now, and it's eternity. And it's an instant in which God is posing a question, and that question is basically, 'Do you want to, you know, be one with eternity? Do you want to be in heaven?' And we're all saying, 'No thank you. Not just yet.' And so time is actually just this constant saying 'No' to God's invitation. I mean that's what time is. I mean, and it's no more 50 A.D. than it's two thousand and one. And there's just this one instant, and that's what we're always in.")
