Sometimes I record these meditations and I feel unfocused and bored and like I'm just spouting the same nonsense over and over.

This was happening yesterday... but then by the end of the video I felt a spark of magick and perfect timing and the video turned out good. I remembered that I can just listen for what to say and it comes. I never have to worry about coming up with the perfect thing to say, because if I still my mind and listen, I hear the right words at the right time and it's synchronous and just what I needed.

Isn't it wild all the answers are already inside?!?!?!?!?

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let your mind relax.

Breathe in and slow down
Breathe out and relax your shoulders

This is the right place and this is the right time and you are, you really are, doing everything right. Everything is exactly where it’s meant to be. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and trust the process of life
Breathe out and feel your connection to source getting stronger

Breathe in and remember who you are
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Bring your awareness to right here, right now. Wherever you’re focusing, imagine it’s a brilliant ball of yellow light, wherever you’re focusing. It’s a Buddhist technique. If you’re focusing on me, put all of your attention on my voice, on my face. Just imagine a ball of yellow light on my face.

Breathe in and use that ball to keep your focus
Breathe out and practice your singular focus

What you focus on expands. You get more of what you’re focused on.

Breathe in and step into this present moment, where your awareness is
Breathe out and let this moment be enough

Let yourself make peace with what is and open up your mind to hear the solutions and answers that are coming to you right now, from god, the universe.

Breathe in and listen
Breathe out and step into the flow

Allow yourself to let go of your thoughts. Let your focus get stronger.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you!

Let your self doubt go. Let your confidence grow. You know that when you need it, you have the answers. You know that when you most need things, they’re right in front of you.

Breathe in and imagine what you want
Breathe out and know it’s already yours

Let your body relax. Decide to smile. Decide to trust the process of life today.

Breathe out and step outside of your mind

What you need will always be there when you need it. Life takes care of you just like the birds, just like the earth. It’s all working out for you. You can remember it, you can see evidence of it right now, just by training your focus on your breath and thinking,
