You don’t have to think about what just happened 5 minutes ago. You don’t have to think about what happened yesterday. You don’t have to think about what will happen tomorrow. Let yourself step into this present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and decide to feel good about your life
Breathe out and let this be a fresh start for you

From this moment on, you are carefree. You are worry free. And you’re in the right place at the right time.

If you’re second-guessing yourself or wishing you said something different, or wishing you always said something different, go back to your mantra of “I love myself”.
