Life isn’t serious. It’s ok to let your worries go now.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and surrender your preference

Decide not to care about health and love and money. Decide to not care!

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and surrender your preference.

When you make peace with what is, what you want is free to come to you.

Breathe in and remember you’re in the right place at the right time
Breathe out and surrender. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Remember the formula for getting what you want. If you really want something and you’re not getting it, decide to not want it anymore. Or if you really don’t want something and you’re afraid of getting it, decide you do want it, and embrace it and welcome it.

Breathe in and welcome your fears
Breathe out and surrender your desires

Whatever you want, decide to not want it. Whatever you don’t want, decide to want it. That’s the formula. It’s kind of lame because then when you get what you want, you don’t want it. When you don’t get what you didn’t want, because you decided you want it, you’re kinda disappointed you didn’t get it, since you’re so prepared to get it. The point being, getting what you want is never going to make you happy. You can only decide to be happy RIGHT NOW.

Breathe out and know that you can be your reason for feeling good

Regardless of your circumstances you can choose to feel good right now.

Breathe in and choose to feel good right now
Breathe out and say to yourself, “I’ve decided to feel good about my life. It’s working itself out.”

To feel good right now, to be your reason for feeling good, all you have to do is step outside of your mind. If your body is hurting or if you’re sick—first stop doing all the stuff that makes you sick—that’ll help a lot. But all you have to do is step outside your thoughts with counting or breathing or feeling your body from within

What’s in there? What does it feel like to feel your body from within? Do you notice that cavern, that hole, that connection to infinite source energy? Focus your attention on that point that connects you to the infinite, then your connection to the infinite will grow.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and decide to have the best day of your life.

Something amazing awesome is going to happen to you today. In fact it already is!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and decide to not care if you ever get what you want ever again because you can feel good right now regardless of your circumstances!

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

To make peace with what is, just say yes and thank you! Because everything’s that’s happening is a solution. Everything that’s happening is for a reason. Everything that’s happening is in your best interest. If you say yes and thank you to what’s happening, you’ll come to see you’re already in heaven!

It’s not serious. You are safe. Everything’s going to be ok. In the meantime, it’s safe to let your worries go, to surrender your preference, step outside of your mind, and see life already is the way you want it to be!
