Daily Meditation – Transmute PMS Before Destroying Everything

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax. Try to ignore the cat rubbing her face all over the desk.

Breathe in and smile even though you don’t want to
Breathe out and smile even though you want to clench your teeth

Breathe in and relax your body
Breathe out and decide to say “Fuck it!”

Breathe in and relax
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck”

Breathe in and decide not to smile if you don’t want to smile
Breathe out and step into this present moment where you’re in pain and you’re crabby

Breathe in and empty your mind
Breathe out and decide to laugh at the things that are annoying you right now

Breathe in and say YES
Breathe out and say thank you

Say YES to the cat. Say thank you for the cat! (I love my cat. Why’d she leave me??)

Breathe in and say “I’m overwhelmed!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t want to do any of my work!”

Breathe in and say “I want to order a pizza”
Breathe out and say “Fuck it!”

Breathe in and let yourself feel crappy!
Breathe out and let yourself cry

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not that serious!
Breathe out and step into this present moment where all of your power apparently lies

In this moment you have a choice. Stay identified with your thoughts, or you can step away from your thoughts and channel infinite intelligence!

Breathe in and say “I’m channeling infinite intelligence”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck if I’m channeling infinite intelligence or not!”

Breathe in and let the flow through you! The flow of blood!
Breathe out and stop caring that you feel so crappy!

I don’t give a fuck that I’m crabby! I don’t give a fuck that I want to cry! I don’t give a fuck that I want to pick a fight and punch things!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and smile if you can

Life’s just for fun even if once a month you feel like punching things!

Know that it will pass. It always does. When it does pass, you’ll feel so much better. Relax and ask yourself right now, “What is this contrast making me ask for?”

(I’ll tell you what it’s making me ask for. It’s making me ask for PUNCHING THINGS and PIZZA and it’s making me ask for fights to start!)

Breathe in and know it’s not serious!
Breathe out and know it will go away in a couple hours!

Breathe in and step into this present moment where all of your power lies
Breathe out and surrender

Probably not going to start a fight. Probably not going to punch things. Probably not going to order pizza because it’s too expensive. So instead I’m going to talk to this computer and breathe and give up.

Breathe out and give up

You can choose to be light. You can choose to transmute your fucking contrast into what? What do you transmute things into? Oh right—the things you want. My contrast is that I’m really crabby and I want to start a fight and I just want to be comforted and rubbed! I just want to be told that I’m loved! I don’t want to do my work! I don’t want to have to cook!

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck”

Let your contrast help you ask for what you want. I want a massage. I want to feel better. I want to lighten up and have fun and not take things seriously. I want to feel good for no reason. I want to be taken care of.

Breathe in and know that when you ask it is given
Breathe out and remember if you can let go of all the things going wrong, you make space for what’s going right.

Breathe in and say “I love myself. I can take care of myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I don’t need anything from anyone!”

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go of that piercing anger, of that agonizing frustration.

I’ve noticed I feel so crabby and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I want to start a fight and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I want to ruin everything and destroy everything and that’s ok.

Breathe in and embrace the way you feel
Breathe out and channel your energy

Use this anger and frustration and pain to make something magnificent!

Breathe in and let the flow through you!
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck if i do my work! I don’t give a fuck if I start a fight! I’m transmuting!”

Breathe in and open up to receiving your period!
Breathe out and lighten up! It’s not serious! I bet you feel better already!

Breathe in and relax
Breathe out and remember you can just let those feelings go.

I’ve noticed I feel crabby and that’s ok! I’ve decided to feel good about the way I feel. It’s working itself out.

Breathe in and just be here now
Breathe out and know that the contrast that made you ask for things—and then you said what you wanted—now you’ve transmuted your contrast. It’s created what you wanted. Now you can let it come to you just by saying

Breathing in I love myself
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!!!
