A Spell for a Good Day

I am so happy and grateful to have hot water, a cat in my lap, a wife in the bed, and coffee in the pot. I am so happy and grateful to be in good health, to feel warm and safe, and to feel inspired to get up early and write. I am so happy and grateful to have new ideas, universal energy, and the flow of well being coursing through my veins. I am so happy and grateful to always have plenty, to be in the right place at the right time, and to know life is working out for me.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to reorganize my site and write new articles and know exactly what to post every day? Wouldn't it be nice to step into my power as a channel? Wouldn't it be nice to let what I want come to me? Wouldn't it be nice to feel successful and appreciative?

What do you want?
To have a creative structure I can easily follow every day that involves posting premium content, articles, gathering momentum posts and meditation videos.
To have a really fun day feeling gratitude and appreciation and enthusiasm.
To get good news! To get paid! For that settlement to be fun and easy!
To play and laugh and shine, and for that to come through in my writing and everything I put online.

Today I intend to have the best day of my life! I intend to feel inspired, appreciative, creative, grateful and enthusiastic! I intend to practice my magick! I intend to be present and remember to say "YES! THANK YOU!" as many moments as possible! I intend to be kind and compassionate. I intend to lead by example. I intend to go with the flow and be fun!

I pray to stay sober today. I pray to lead by example. I pray to let the flow through me. I pray to be a channel for love and joy and FUN!

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, I am doing everything right. I am in the right place at the right time. I am loved and appreciated. I am grateful and inspired and creating my best work. I know exactly what my next step is. I am lifting myself up. I am light and free and fun. I am in the flow. I am channeling universal intelligence.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I get up early and focus my attention. I love it when I consciously create my day before checking my email or FB or twitter or insta. I love it when I am more interested in creating than consuming. I love it when I have vivid dreams. I love it when I feel in control of my vibration. I love it when I remember YES! THANK YOU! I love it when I feel excited to be alive!

Dear Jessica,
Relax and enjoy. This is all for you. It can't happen any faster than you allow. Let go and trust it's all in perfect timing. Surrender your striving. Let go of what you want and it will come to you!

Whatever it is that you’re worried about today, say to yourself right now: “I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out,” and then it will!

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to let your thoughts make you sick! Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad. Now is time to transcend those thoughts, step outside of your mind, and remember your power as the creator!

Whatever it is you want, as soon as you let it go it will come to you. I wanted to record two meditation videos in a day, so I wouldn’t have to record one every other day. I forgot about it, and now I’m doing it today! Whatever it is you want, let it go. Decide to not care! I don’t give a fuck if I ever file that insurance claim! I don’t give a fuck if I bleach my hair tonight! I am here in the present moment, basking in the success I already have.

Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I am here to have fun! I am here to enjoy my life! And all of those tangled up things I’m supposed to be doing are only creations of my mind.”

The feeling that I think people don’t love me—all in my mind. You don’t have to take it personally. It’s all in your mind.

It’s ok to step outside of your thoughts now. It’s IMPERATIVE that you step outside of your thoughts now.

However you decide to transcend your thoughts today, whether it be breathing or silent counting or a mantra—devote yourself to practicing that mantra, that practice. Devote yourself to transcending your thoughts and you’ll feel so much better!

  • How to turn off the water and gas to a leaking water heater.
  • 36º is actually quite pleasant if you're dressed for it.
  • Bread turns out better when you're not hungry while you're baking it.
  • I am more in love with this place than yesterday.
  • I am beyond excited to host a small thanksgiving gathering with Kel's fam.
  • It doesn't matter if I second guess what I say. At least I'm saying it.
  • Making art about whatever you're paranoid about is good for you.
  • I can transcend my DNA

Life is meant to be enjoyed with each breath. Each breath offers you something to enjoy. Each breath brings your awareness into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

When you let your breath slow down your mind and pull you into the present moment, it can be scary because suddenly you see how precious each breath is. Which each breath there is so much to be grateful for—the air we’re breathing, the water we’re drinking, the internet we’re surfing. When we slow down to appreciate each breath, we remember that there are a finite number of breaths we will breathe. So why waste another breath feeling anything other than good? Feeling anything other than joy and love and excitement?

Each breath is an opportunity to bask, to enjoy the life you’re living, to say thank you, to feel like the universe likes us. Did you know the universe likes you and is trying to help you right this instant??

The universe is rooting for you. The universe is trying to help you wake up, help you see that you already have what you want. It’s not you against the world. You are the world.

The universe does like you. The universe loves you and knows that you’re trying so hard! The universe knows how much you struggle and how much it hurts.

The universe likes you and likes what you’re doing. It’s ok to relax and step outside of your mind into the present moment and just enjoy the universe the way it is.

It can be scary to get down to that breath level, where it’s just you and the present moment. But the love that’s available to you right here right now, might convince you to stay. You are now free. You can consider yourself retired, free to enjoy every moment of your life.

Wouldn't it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn't it be nice to feel satisfied and whole? Wouldn't it be nice to get a huge order? Wouldn't it be nice to let go and let god? Wouldn't it be nice to play and laugh? Wouldn't it be nice to hear good news? Wouldn't it be nice to follow through on my projects? Wouldn't it be nice to relax and enjoy right now?

Wouldn't it be nice to discipline my mind and train my attention? Wouldn't it be nice to feel relieved? Wouldn't it be nice to feel inspired to write a fabulous article? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my attachment to likes and comments? Wouldn't it be nice to let what I want come to me?

Dear Jessica,
Relax your body. Relax your mind. It's all working out for you. You are in the right place at the right time. It's ok to relax now. It's ok to let the flow through. Let go and trust the process. Trust that everything is working out. Trust that you don't have to lift a finger in order to feel better or get what you want. You already have what you want.

Let go of needing things to change in order for you to feel good. You can feel good now. You can transcend now. In... Out... Just breathe and let life be easy today.

Any time something annoys you—any time you find yourself thinking, remember to go back to your breath.

When you’re focused on your breath, you’re not focused on what you don’t have. You’re not focused on what you want, but don’t have. You’re not focused on what’s annoying you, what’s bothering you, what’s wrong with your reality. When you’re focused on your breath, you’re focused on your connection to source, to infinite intelligence, to your higher self, to god. What is breathing you? God is breathing you. Life is breathing you.

When you focus on your breath, it’s the one thing that’s always there. It’s a constant. A neutral thing that’s always within you, your connection to source.

Trust that if you breathe consciously, you will feel calm and peaceful. That calm and peacefulness will reflect in your reality because you are going within, being your reason for feeling good, connecting to source.

When you connect with your breath, focus on your breath, you see that regardless of life’s ups and downs, you can feel good. You can be connected to source. You can feel good right now. And then, you open up so much space for what you want to come to you!
