Only this present moment exists. Right now is all there is. It is safe to step outside of your mind, away from your thoughts. It is safe to stop thinking about the future. It is safe to relax and just be here now.

In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, whatever you’re projecting is what you’re attracting. Right now you are projecting calm, relaxation, ease, flow, peace.

Breathe in and welcome ease, flow and peace into your life
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Breathe out and feel better already

When you let go of your thoughts, your mood lifts, because only your thoughts can make you feel bad. If you step away from them, you’ll feel better. Your mood is a magnet—however you’re feeling, that’s what you’re attracting. If you start feeling better, you’ll start attracting better-feeling thoughts. You don’t have to think yourself into alignment .You don’t have to think yourself into a solution. You can just let your worries go and the solution will come to you.

Breathe in and be a magnet for solutions
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Believe in the magick life! Believe that’s really how it works and it does!

Breathe in and smile because life loves you!
Breathe out and lighten up because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time and if you just keep believing it, you’ll see evidence that it’s true.

Whatever distractions, whatever is happening in your life—it’s there for a reason. Whatever your contrast is, whatever your problems are—your job, your JOY—is to transmute it. Whatever your problems are, think to yourself, “What is it causing me to ask for?” Acknowledge your desire then know it’s on the way. It’s not your job to solve your problems. Your job is to feel better, and the solution comes to you!
