Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance

Relax your body. Relax your muscles.

Breathe in and say YES
Breathe out and say THANK YOU

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and decide not to care about those thoughts that are bothering you

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts that are bothering me or those anxieties that don’t matter!”

Breathe in and step away from your thoughts
Breathe out and remember you are the creator

Your mind is a tool. At any time you can choose to just pick it up, put it down, step away from it. You can do that by breathing, like:

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Or you can do it with silent counting. When you count the space between your thoughts, you create space for new things to come, for new solutions, for new good news.

Breathe in and feel relieved
Breathe out and start counting the space between your thoughts

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10… Did you have thoughts during those numbers? Try it for yourself. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. If it’s hard to focus on the numbers, close your eyes and visualize each number as you say it. Or, close your eyes and imagine a little ball or a bead that goes through your third eye out into infinity with each number. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10… When you’re cooking or cleaning or doing things where your mind is idle, go back to silent counting. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10… Let silent counting wake you up in the dream. Join the cult of counting!
