Whatever is, is how it’s meant to be. And resisting it will only make you sick, hurt you, make you feel bad. It’t time to relax and let your thoughts go, let your resistance go, and make peace with what is.

If you can make peace with what is, with things not being exactly the way you want them, then you’ve won. You’ll feel good regardless of your circumstances and you’ll stop resisting what is, so it’s free to flow out of your experience and be replaced by something you do want.
