If you ever feel like you’re in the wrong place or like you should be somewhere else, just go within. You are always you. Everywhere you go, there you are. Any problem you want to solve, is never going to be solved on the outside, you have to go within.

The answers you want are inside of you. You can always hear them. Just relax and let your mind become still.

When you let yourself be still, you remember what you know. When you let yourself be still, you see you can be happy right here right now. You can return to your natural state of feeling good just by quieting your internal dialogue.

Your preferences are just thoughts. You can let them go. You can let life live you.
