Relax your body. Relax your mind.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

In this moment, you get to choose: do you hold on to those thoughts that cause you pain? Or do you surrender and let go and enter the present moment where everything’s fun and there’s nothing to worry about?

Breathe in and remember: You are the creator!
Breathe out and start feeling empowered!

You do have control! Your control is in letting go.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and decide to not care if you ever get that thing.

Decide right now: I don’t give a fuck if that ever happens.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe in and say “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am”
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes when you really do love and accept yourself the way you are

Imagine being at peace with what is. Imagine not wanting to change anything.

All those things you want—they’ll come. But they’re only going to come when you stop caring. And when they do come you’ll be like, “But of course I’m getting this now, I don’t care about it anymore!” If you want to be happy, just decide it right now.

Breathe out and decide not to give a fuck

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Your mind’s going to keep coming after you with, “Well why don’t you make your tarot card deck right now? Why don’t you move back to Austin? Why don’t you get a job? Why don’t you work on making friendships? Why don’t you work on saying thank you to other people? Why don’t you work on cleaning or fixing up the house?” Everyone has a full to do list in their mind. Everyone has a list of things, that if they would just do them, then they would be happy. But once that list is done, you’re still not going to be any happier than you are right now.

Breathe in and cut out the middle man: decide to be happy right now!
Breathe out and let go of all those desires. When you get them, they won’t make you any happier!

You have to choose to be happy right now, because right now is all there is!

Breathe out and surrender

You don’t have to change a thing to feel better. You only have to surrender. It’s a letting go, it’s not a doing. Just let go. It’s the easiest and the hardest thing you can do.

I don’t give a fuck if I ever make that tarot deck. I don’t give a fuck if I ever move back to Austin or anywhere else. I don’t give a fuck if they ever carry Soyrizo at my local grocery store. I don’t give a fuck if I ever make another friend. I don’t give a fuck if I ever follow through on this album I’m supposed to be making. I don’t give a fuck about what I SHOULD be doing. I don’t give a fuck about what I’m SUPPOSED to be doing. All that matters is what I’m doing right now. And what I’m doing right now is
