Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let yourself step into this present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

If you’re feeling anxious or like you’re not where you’re supposed to be, just remember you’re in the right place at the right time and everything that’s happening is happening in your best interest.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and celebrate who you are

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I trust the magick life!”

Even if things aren’t going your way, even if you feel like you’re not getting what you want, even if you feel like things aren’t working out, you can relax and trust the flow. If you can step outside of your mind into the present moment, you’ll see you already have what you want.

Breathe in and step into the present moment
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

Nothing matters outside of this present moment. It’s time to step outside of your head, get away from those thoughts—get some distance. You’ll never stop your thoughts altogether, but you can step away from them and observe them, then you won’t get so lost in your head, driving yourself crazy.

Breathe in and say “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am”
Breathe out and say it again, “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am”

Breathe in and be kind to yourself
Breathe out and surrender

If you feel like things just aren’t working out for you, or something’s annoying you, or something bad happened—acknowledge your suffering instead of running away from it.

I learned this great breathing meditation technique (from Thich Naht Hanh):

Breathing in I acknowledge my suffering
Breathing out I say hello to my suffering

Breathing in I acknowledge my suffering
Breathing out I say hello to my suffering

Acknowledge that you feel bad. Acknowledge that you’re annoyed. Acknowledge that things are happening in life that make you feel bad. Then, after you acknowledged them, say hello to those things. Say hello to your suffering. Be friendly with it. Be light about it!

Breathing in I acknowledge my suffering
Breathing out I say hello to my suffering

Be nice to yourself. Notice how you’re feeling. Say, “That’s ok. I’ve noticed I’m feeling annoyed and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel disappointed and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I want to be more successful and that’s ok.”

All of these things you want but don’t have—it causes you suffering. To feel better, just acknowledge your suffering and it will dissipate.

Breathing in I acknowledge my suffering
Breathing out I say hello to my suffering
