Whatever it is that you wish would happen, however it is you wish things would be, they’re not that way, so why fight?

If you’re unhappy about something, if you feel guilty about something—take this time to surrender.

Let yourself feel whatever it is you’re feeling. Right now, I feel guilty, because I judged someone and I feel bad because—whatever—I feel bad because I judge people. And they don’t deserve it. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt and I wish I was a better person. I wish I was a good person and was kind to people. I wish I could just be Jesus. But I’m not. So all I can do is surrender to what is and stop fighting reality. It’s all I can do.

It’s not that serious. So often, our minds make every little thing into such a big deal and then you start thinking about it then creating more of it and noticing more of it and getting more of it, when you could just have stopped that one seed thought in its tracks by surrendering.

If things were supposed to be a different way, they would be. The way you know you’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right is because this is where you are! This is what you’re doing! It has to be right, because this reality is god. Whatever is, is god. So you don’t have to feel guilty! You can just let it go and surrender.

Breathe in and say “I forgive myself”
Breathe out and be forgiven

Anything could happen! If you forgive yourself, others will forgive you. If you can make peace with what is, what is will be peaceful!

Breathe out and remember who you are—you are the creator!

It’s time to surrender those thoughts, surrender those preferences—however you thought it should have been, it’s not! So let it be what it is.

Breathe in and say ”I love myself exactly the way I am”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I’m doing my best out here!”

We’re all doing our best.
