Life’s working out for you. You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s ok to relax now.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and trust that this moment is heaven

To be at peace with what is, you only have to let go of your thoughts and emotions as they come to you, instead of getting caught up in your mind or how you feel—you can just watch what you’re thinking and how you’re feeling.

Breathe out and feel so relieved because you are not your thoughts and you are not your emotions!

As you go about your day, practice opening your heart and releasing each thought and emotion as it passes through you.

Allow yourself to sit back in your consciousness. Step away from your mind, away from your emotions into the seat of consciousness deep inside of you, where you are the witness. You are the one who see your thoughts. You are the one who feels your emotions. You are not your thoughts or emotions.

You can allow life’s events to just pass through you. Everything that’s said to you, every thought you think, every emotion you feel,

Let each moment pass through you and then you won’t develop blockages.

Breathe out and release whatever it is that’s in you right now

Whatever thought, whatever emotion—for example I just thought, “I wish that dog would stop whining.” When I think that thought, I can say, “Breathing in I’m opening my heart, Breathing out I release that thought.” If I’m sitting back in my consciousness, being the witness, I can watch that thought leave me and I can watch that emotion of annoyance pass through me, and then I let it go.

If you’re ever wondering how to be witness consciousness, if you’re not sure how to separate yourself from your emotions or your thoughts, try this: Just say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I’m feeling annoyed and that’s ok.” Then,

“I’ve noticed I’m thinking a lot of thoughts and that’s ok.”

I’ve noticed I’m nervous about this move.

Each time you do this, you sit further and further back into your consciousness, until you’re just witnessing your life, and not so attached to everything that happens to you

Release your worries. Release your fears. Release your thoughts. Release the good things that happen to you, let them pass through you.

Let go. I’ve noticed I’m clinging to a certain person in my life. I don’t want to leave!

When you release your attachment, you open yourself up to the magick of the now. In the now anything can happen.

When you’re releasing, you’re either releasing attachment which is clinging, or resistance, which is not wanting things. Either way, whether you really like an experience or really don’t like an experience, it’s up to you to open your heart and let it go, so life can keep flowing through you and you don’t develop blockages and neuroses and psychological problems because you hold onto a thought form or pattern of energy.

Breathe out and release your attachment. Release your resistance. Release your clinging.

All of your solutions are in this moment. All of the love, all of the power is in this moment. You don’t have to cling to what just happened or what you fear might happen. You don’t have to resist what just happened or what you fear might happen.

If you go through a particularly trying time in your day today, when you start to feel yourself react and get caught up in that energy, just say to yourself,

Open
Release

Imagine your heart opening OPEN
and imagine yourself releasing that thought, that energy that’s trying to drag you with it

There’s something in your life that you’re reacting to either with clinging or resistance—let it go. Release it. Don’t let that energy drag you down. It drags you into unconsciousness. It drags you out of your seat of power. It drags you out of witness consciousness and it makes you go to sleep.
