Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Surrender caring about what happens today. Decide to feel good either way. Make some money? I feel good. Don’t make some money? I still feel good. Get what I want? I feel good? Don’t get what I want? I still feel good!

Breathe out and decide to be your reason for feeling good

Keep your attention on your inner world and you’ll expand your connection to source. Use counting to keep your distance from the things that happen, from the thoughts you think. Keep your mind and your thoughts off of this world, and on your inner world. Then the outer world will reflect the peace you’ve found within!
