Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and ponder, “Who am I?”

When you’re lost in your thoughts, or frustrated or angry or worried, ask yourself, “Who am I?” It will instantly separate you from your thoughts, help you get perspective from your thoughts, and it’ll help you become aware of who you really are—the creator.

Breathe out and let the answers come

Breathe in and feel playful!
Breathe out and feel so excited about your life! Consciousness just keeps getting deeper!

Breathe in and open up
Breathe out and relax

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. It’s ok to let your thoughts go. It’s ok to be relaxed. It’s ok to smile!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and listen for the flow

You can let this day be easy. You can let this day be fun. Just step outside your mind into the present moment where all your power lies. In the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and celebrate who you are!
Breathe out and feel confident!

You have come so far. You are so magickal. You are so loved.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Imagine what it feels like to be on a beach or to be on morphine or to get a massage—imagine those blissful peak experiences in your life. You know what? You can feel like that just by stepping away from your thoughts.

You can be free from the tyranny of your mind. You can be free from your thoughts. You can transcend thinking. You really don’t need your thoughts. You’re pretty much ok without them. Of course you need them to do things like math, to figure out maybe maps, logical things having to do with your physical location in reality—sure you can think about that. But do you really need to think about, “What’s that person doing? What am I doing? What should I do? What’s going on? What should I eat? Where am I? What am I doing? Etc.” Do you really need all that? No! So, I use silent counting to distance myself from my thoughts and I notice when I’m thinking and what I’m thinking, because if it’s not a number, it stands out.

Breathe out and remember to ask yourself, “Who am I?”

Who am I? I am! The answer is I am!

Breathe in and feel calm
Breathe out and feel excited about life because it’s so deep and so exciting. Feel excited because it’s exciting!

Breathe in and celebrate! Life loves you!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. It’s all good. It’s all love. You’re in the right place at the right time. If you have any worries, just go back to a technique like

Breathing in I love myself
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck

or, ask yourself, “Who am I?”

or, go back to silent counting. There are so many ways to step outside of your mind into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. So enjoy the techniques and have the best day of your life!
