Daily Meditation – YOUR CONTROL IS IN LETTING GO OF YOUR THOUGHTS

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Quiet your mind. Step into this present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and relax
Breathe out and relax

What you want is already on the way. Relax your body. Feel what it feels like to get what you want.

Breathe in and know what you want is on the way!
Breathe out and feel that feeling of having it

It feels like warm love spilling over my body. Like a honey.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and remember today’s the best day of your life.

Breathe in and enter this present moment
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathing in I love myself

Remember to give yourself distance from your thoughts today. You can use your breath by saying something like,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Or you can count. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. I love counting. Counting has changed my life this week. Lately I’ve been counting to between 6000 and 9000 a day. Guys. If you can just get to 1000 and keep going—your mind isn’t going to believe in it until you get past 1000—just focus! Just sit and meditate and try to count to 1000 by counting from 1 to 100 over and over. Or if you’re on the treadmill or running or something—just try to get to 1000 and see where you are and how you feel and then, go above 1000. It’s life changing! If you can count instead of think—if you can count so that you can HEAR your thoughts and not be consumed by them, you’ll feel so much better!

Breathe in and open up to the possibilities!
Breathe out and surrender to this present moment.

Another thing counting helps with is surrender. If you’re counting, you don’t care so much what’s going on in the world. You don’t care so much if you get what you want. You don’t care so much about things going your way, because you’re counting and you have something INSIDE you’re focused on.

Breathe in and celebrate these solutions!
Breathe out and relax your body.

The reason why counting works so well is because it helps you stay focused. You have a number to keep track of if you’re focused or not. Breathing’s great, but can you stay focused on your breath all day? For me it’s hard. So, I count until I get that feeling of “OMG I’m the creator! I’m in control and my control is in letting go of my thoughts. MY CONTROL IS IN LETTING GO OF MY THOUGHTS!” How cool is that?! How cool is it to have the answer?!

Breathe in and celebrate knowing the answer!

It’s not serious! If you use something like silent counting, you’ll see it really isn’t serious. Everything is perfect and in its place. And you want everything you have because you have everything you want and you have everything you want because you want everything you have. And life loves you and I love you and it’s all working out and it’s just a shift of perspective. If you need to get to that shift, try counting. Let’s finish it off with some counting!
