Today, you are going to be your reason for feeling good. Today, you won’t need anything outside of you to put you in a good mood. You won’t need drugs or food or even friends or family to change how you feel. Today, you’re in control of how you feel.

Breathe in and step into your power
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

In this moment you are whole. In this moment, you are so powerful.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I love myself!”

Let yourself relax. Calm down. Allow your mind to become still.

Breathe in and open up
Breathe out and listen for the flow

Listen for what life is telling you.

Remember who you are. You are the creator! You are love! You are divine!

Breathe in and let your worries go
Breathe out and decide not to care

You can return to your point of connection at any time. You can do it right now. All it takes is stepping outside of your mind into the present moment, where all of your power lies. It’s only your thoughts that can make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts that keep you out of the now.

Breathe in and step into the now
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’re awake. You’re aware. You’re in the present moment. Let’s power up! Let’s fuel up! Let’s step away from our thoughts for one minute. Let’s use breathing today.

Relax and trust this is the perfect time and the perfect place. Relax and trust that everything you need is in this moment.

Breathe in and step into the heaven that is right now
Breathe out and let yourself be slow, be calm

The now is still. The now is peace. And peace is power!

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and relax your body

In this moment, you have everything you want because you want everything you have. In this moment, life is taking care of you. In this moment, you can relax. It might be scary because you have to do this alone. We’re born alone. We die alone. The world’s just a reflection of us, so it’s just one person, one consciousness, one me. It might seem scary that there’s nothing outside of you that can help you feel better or fix you. But isn’t it empowering that you can do it all within?

Breathe in and step into your power
Breathe out and surrender to the process of life.

As you go about your day, remember to slow down and whether through breathing or counting, keep your attention on the present moment, centered in your heart. Remind yourself that peace is power. Remind yourself that this is the heaven that you’ve been waiting for.
