Observe instead of react. However you want to respond to life, let yourself step back and observe instead of reacting.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Trust that you can step back and observe. Trust that what’s happening is in your best interest.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and follow the flow

What sounds exciting? What sounds fun? Follow those things. Follow the flow. Follow your excitement.

Breathe in and start feeling excited!
Breathe out and let go of your worries

You don’t have to care! Whatever it is that regularly makes you mad—you don’t have to care! Allow your mantra today to be: I don’t have to care!

Breathe in and decide not to care
Breathe out and smile because it’s just that easy

Decide not to care. If you care, that’s your ego. If you care, you’re only hurting yourself. If you stop caring, you let go of those resistant thoughts that are creating what you don’t want. If you stop caring, you open up the possibility of life to help you.

You don’t have to care! Whatever it is, you get to choose if you let it bother you. When something bothers you, it only hurts you.

It’s all working out for you. It’s all working out for everyone.

Everything ever created led up to this moment right here. This moment is made out of love. This moment contains all the truth, all the answers, all the solutions, right here right now in front of you.

Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You don’t have to care. You can spend your energy caring about how you feel! Picture this: you’re annoyed. You’re pissed. And it happens a lot, the same thing you get pissed about. Let’s practice not caring.

Breathe out and decide not to react. Just observe.

Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

If you can say YES and THANK YOU to that thing that bothers you, that’s you deciding not to care.

You hold all the power. When you stop caring, that’s when the thing that you want comes. You’ll be all, “Ugh just when I stopped caring!” But that’s the formula. That’s how it works

Breathe out and decide to be your own reason for feeling good today

You don’t need anything outside of you to make you feel good. You don’t need anything outside of you to fill you up, to change you. All of the love, all of the peace and harmony and joy and fun, it comes from inside of you.

You’re in control. You’re the creator. You get to choose if you care or not. If you want to stop caring about that thing that bothers you so it can work itself out and stop happening,
