It’s time to wake up in the dream, right here, right now. Did you know you can meditate any time, anywhere, just by watching your breath? You can spend all day following your breath and you’ll feel so much calmer, so relieved that you’re not trapped in your thoughts. The simplest way to meditate that I’ve learned since yesterday is (while you’re breathing)

If you follow your breath, you’ll notice what you’re thinking, because anything that isn’t “breathe in” or “breathe out,” you’ll hear it.

Let the natural rhythm of your body provide relief, provide pleasure and calmness. Let the natural of your breath show you the natural harmony that’s available to you in every waking and sleeping moment.

If you can just focus your attention on your breath, you’ll notice when you’re thinking, you’ll notice what you’re thinking. You can choose to let it go and go back to your breath and step into the present moment where all of your power lies, and everything will be fun and there’ll be nothing to worry about.
