Relax. Step into this present moment, away from your thoughts, away from your mind.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and smile because life loves you!

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s ok to relax now.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and let what you want come to you

You must become what you want, to see it. All that means is, you gotta feel good and then the good things come.

Breathe in and decide to be your reason for feeling good
Breathe out and decide you don’t care!

You don’t have to care about your worries! You don’t have to care about your fears or your anxieties or your to do list.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to be worried. You don’t have to feel stressed. These are choices you get to make. You get to choose your thoughts and your thoughts determine how you feel. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so let’s think some good-feeling thoughts!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe out and think to yourself, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Sometimes it is fun to say it out loud though.

Breathe in and say out loud “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say to yourself, “I don’t give a fuck!”

You really don’t have to care. And if you use this mantra over and over in connection with deep breaths, you’ll feel so much better. You’ll feel so relieved.

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to be worried. You don’t have to beat yourself up for all those things you wish you would have done differently. You would never know you wanted to do them differently if they hadn’t happened in the first place.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today
Breathe out and really feel what it feels like to say “I love myself” and mean it.

When you love yourself and actually feel the feeling, you don’t need anyone outside of you to give you permission, approval, compliments or love because it’s all inside of you already.
