Daily Meditation – Fall Deeper Into The Present Moment

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Whatever you’re worried about, wherever you think you need to go, you can just relax into this present moment and let everything else work itself out.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You can let go of your worries now. You can let go of your fears. You can let go of that stress, that feeling of feeling like you need to be somewhere else, doing something else.

Breathe in and know you’re on the right path
Breathe out and step into this present moment.

In this moment, you are awake. In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, life loves you. Right now, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and bask in the perfection you created!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

In this moment, everything is working out for you. Right now, life loves you. It’s always going to be right now.

Breathe in and celebrate who you are.
Breathe out and listen.

Breathe in and be still
Breathe out and let go of your worries

Right here, right now, is the right place at the right time. You don’t have to rush to be somewhere else. There’s nothing else you need to be doing.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and celebrate. You’ve come so far! You deserve to relax.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I love myself!”

It’s ok to be happy with where you are. It’s ok to relax into the moment, and stop striving and trying.

Breathe in and smile! Everything is perfect and in its place!
Breathe out and smile! This is the life you created! You already have what you want.

In this moment, you are receiving what you wanted.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and know life already is the way you want it to be.

Let your mind keep slowing down. Step away from your mind and look at what you’re thinking.

Breathe in and become aware of your thoughts
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

All you have to do to wake up in the dream, is step away from your thoughts. You are not your thoughts. You are that which perceives your thoughts. When you stop identifying with your thoughts, when you stop thinking you ARE your thoughts, and you become the larger part of you, your higher self—when you do that, you step into the present moment and a calmness comes over you. A peacefulness.

In this moment you can choose to wake up in the dream, step into the present moment and enjoy your life right here right now. You can choose to feel good right now.

Breathe in and relax! There’s only right now!
Breathe out and celebrate because it’s always going to be right now and you always have control over how you feel right now!

Breathe in and notice how you feel
Breathe out and say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I’m feeling a certain way and that’s ok.”

What is it making you ask for? How do you want to feel? I want to feel magickal and powerful and confident.

Breathe in and feel magickal and powerful and confident
Breathe out and know that your magick, your power and your confidence is in the present moment.

There isn’t any thought in the present moment. You don’t have to think about things to feel magickal and powerful and confident. You only have to step into he present moment by stepping away from your thoughts. It sounds more complicated than it is. But you can try all these different techniques like

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Or you can count silently…. 12345678910… or you can just stare at one point and breathe. You can count the space between your thoughts. You’ll know it when you achieve it, you’ll know it when you’re there. When suddenly you look at something and you feel like you’re tripping, or you’re dreaming, or you feel like, “Oh my god life is a lot deeper than I ever imagined.” That’s the present moment.

Breathe in and fall deeper into the present moment
Breath out and be calm

Life is a mystery. Life is just for fun. And in this moment life just got so much deeper. You are safe. You are not your thoughts. You can allow well being to flow into your life right now, just by stepping into the present moment.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

You are magickal. You are powerful. You are having the best day of your life. Today, you will feel the most confident you ever felt, because you chose to step outside of your worried mind into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
