Surrender to all of your worries. Surrender to all of your fears. So what if they happen. Just surrender. Just let go. Stop trying.

Today, let’s work with the mantra of silent counting! When you count silently in your head, you don’t have to say “I”, it doesn’t have to be about you, you don’t have to think about anything.

Breathe out and remember only your thoughts make you feel bad, so if you’re just counting you won’t feel bad. Then, when you’re counting, you feel better. When you feel better, you attract better-feeling thoughts! So you don’t have to do all the work of changing your thoughts, they’ll just come to you.

Breathe out and remember you are the creator. You are in control.

You have the power.

Your power is in your letting go. The more you can go about your day just counting instead of worrying or being mad, the better you’ll feel and the better thoughts you’ll attract, and eventually the better situations you’ll experience.
