Life is on your side today. Life is taking care of you. Whatever happens is meant to help you.

Today you can choose to love yourself and you can choose to not let things bother you. You can choose to feel as good as you would as if you had drugs. You can choose to feel as good as you would as if you had that thing you want.

Breathe in and decide to feel good
Breathe out and decide to have the best day of your life!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Let what you want come to you today. You don’t have to lift a finger. All you have to do is let go of caring if you get it or not.

Breathe out and decide not to care if you get what you want or not because you’ll be happy either way

As soon as you let go of caring, as soon as you stop pushing it away with your thoughts, it will come. When you ask, it is given.

Breathe in and decide what you want
Breathe out and remember it’s ok to be general—you don’t have to have a brand new strong desire every few seconds. It’s ok to be general and ask for things like “I want to have the best day of my life! I want to love myself. I want to have fun. I want to feel good today. I want to like myself today.”

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to have that

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide not to care about those things that usually bother you like dogs barking or being late.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s just not serious!
Breathe out and remember this is the best day of your life.

You love yourself. You don’t give a fuck. And you’ve decided to be light today. AND you’ve already asked for what you want. The only stops left are to not care if you get it and to let it come to you.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go of your worry. Let go of your judgement.

I don’t give a fuck about those dogs barking. I don’t give a fuck about what time it is. I don’t give a fuck if I’m supposed to be somewhere else. I don’t give a fuck what I’m supposed to get done today.
