You are perfect! You are in the right place at the right time! You are beautiful! You’re doing everything right. Relax and go back to your breath. Get out of your head. You don’t need those thoughts. You’ll attract better-feeling thoughts once you’ve stepped outside of your mind and reconnected to source. You did it, right now.
