Breathe in and be your reason for feeling good
Breathe out and be at peace with what is, right here right now

You don’t need anything outside of you to make you feel good. You have everything you need right inside of you and you can feel so good. You can feel the best you’ve ever felt just by being.

Breathe out and relax your body

Let yourself receive unconditional love today. You can give yourself unconditional love and it will protect you from fear, from anxiety, from worry, from stress. It’s so easy to give yourself love. Sometimes saying “I love myself” doesn’t really feel right. So we can zoom out to a larger perspective and speak to ourselves from our higher self.

Breathe in and say “I love and accept you exactly the way you are”.
Breathe out and say “I love and accept you exactly the way you are”.

Use this mantra when you’re feeling afraid or anxious. Say to yourself, “(Your Name) I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” “Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Repeat this to yourself over and over with your own name. It’s like being comforted a parent, a higher power, a mentor, a leader. You are the leader. You are the mentor. You are the god comforting yourself. You can give yourself exactly what you want, right now.

“Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

You can apply this mantra all day. For example, say you’re relaxing and you just thought of something you really should take care of. Say to yourself, “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” You don’t have to change anything. You don’t have to go do that thing right now. Practice feeling at peace with how things are and not constantly finding something else to do. Even if something comes to your mind, “I should do this. I should do this. I better do this right now,” say to yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” You don’t have to change, you don’t have to do that one more thing to be a better person. You can feel loved and accepted unconditionally right here, right now.

You are the creator. You get to choose what you feel, what you think, what you do, who you are being. All of the choices are up to you.

You are in the right place at the right time and you are now giving yourself the unconditional love that you crave from everything else in life. Now you are your reason for feeling good. Now you are whole and complete and one with life. Now you are loved and you are magickal and you are fearless. And welcome to the best day of your life.
